***These rules are always subject to change and modifications with topics  that may arise as this game progresses.***

**WE GIVE TWO WARNINGS FOR ANY PROBLEMS.  MORE THAN THAT AND YOU ARE GONE**

You will know if you have been warned for any breaking of rules.

1) AGE VERIFICATION: You MUST be at least 18 yrs. of age to play. NO  EXCEPTIONS! By subscribing to this group you are verifying that you ARE of  legal age. If it is discovered you are not at least 18 yrs. of age, you will be  banned IMMEDIATELY! I strongly recommend that your age must be present on your  yahoo profile but I am not your babysitter so... please don't lie to me.      

2) SUBMITTING A BIO: Submit ALL character requests to the owner. Please do not  post them to the list. Please do not begin to write for your character until  you submit your bio sheet and it is approved.  Please refer to the Character  Sheet file on how to properly submit a character for play.  Bio forms must have  a nicely detailed background but they don't have to be extremely long.  If you  are having trouble creating a character, please feel free to ask for help :) We  don't bite.   

3) CHARACTER PICS: I require a pic of your character whether it be a   photograph of someone famous or a piece of artwork.  However, I really dislike  the use of anime, so, sorry, no anime.  If you find a pic that you like but it  needs a bit of modification, within reason, I,(Nahkohe at sbcglobal dot net)  may be able to do some work with it in Photoshop.  It's been a long time since  I've used the program, but I can try. *Please send ALL images so I may upload  them.  Only moderators are able to upload photos and files.*     

4) POSTING: Postings MUST be written in third person past tense.  That is just  one of my huge pet peeves.  I also ask that your posts consist of at least one  paragraph, adding thought, emotion and action to your posts instead of just  dialog and choppy action.  It helps develop character.  If you have questions  about how to construct your posts feel free to ask or check out the archives  for examples. No one liners.  They will not be accepted.  I ask you to please  be able to post NO LESS THAN ONCE A WEEK though I highly recommend as much as  you can.     

5) CONDUCT: Be nice, NO flaming. And please do NOT air your grievances out on  the list! If you feel the need to voice it, email the owner. This is an adult  list, we all need to act like it. And remember THIS IS NOT REAL LIFE... IT'S  JUST A GAME!   

6) NO TROLLING: Do not stalk, harass, solicit or troll other members of this  list for any reason for sex. This is not your personal dating service.  This  is not a list to find sexual partners.  If any member reports/complains of such  behavior, the offending party will be banned from the list PERMANENTLY!   

7) REGARDING SEX: Since this game is an adult game, it WILL have sexual  situations and lots of foul language.  The owners have potty mouths.  Deal  with it.  We must all remember that the game will not run on it's own and we  must stick with creating story lines to keep it going.  This is not a place  for only sex and if you wish that is all your character to do, then this is  not the right list for you.  If you have problems with explicit sex or foul  language in RPG's you should probably leave now.     

8) CHARACTER CONTROL: No god moding or power playing. Play ONLY your  character(s) and no one else's, unless you get permission to do otherwise. If  this is the case, the owner must be notified of this acceptable action.  No one  player is allowed to be all powerful, everyone has their weaknesses.  Do not  assume it is ok to write a reaction for a character that does not belong to  you, just to get you out of a thread or situation.  If you feel you want to  move a character and you are stuck because another writer has not been  posting, write an owner, we will deal with the situation.    

9) DEATH AND MUTILATION:  If there is to be death, destruction, shooting,    stabbing other form of real physical harm (i.e.: torture, rape), capture,   destruction of something they hold dear, etc... there must be contact with the   players involved and there must be agreement of such actions.      

10) INACTIVITY: Any player who becomes inactive in the game for a month (30  days), their created character will be placed in the Characters on Hold file  unless that player requests a leave of absence from the owner.  Anyone who  frequently drops their role playing in the middle of the story without prior  notification, your character(s) will be put on hold.  If this proceeds beyond   the month limit, your characters could be put up for adoption and/or killed/  written off. You also face possible removal from the list.  The owner reserves  the right to move characters along that are holding up threads if a reasonable  amount of time has passed, the owner contacts the characters player with  response or without.  The integrity of the game is what is most important.   

11) PLAYER INFORMATION: I have created a Who's Who section in the Database it  would be cool if everyone could fill it out. It is a nice place where we can  all do a quick reference as to who is who and who plays who.  Makes it a lot  easier than guessing and having to sift through a lot of back posts.   

12) CONSENTING AGE: All characters who will be involved with sex MUST be of  the consenting age of 18.  NO child play, nothing illegal.  Underage vampires  are VERY iffy and will be case by case.  I will monitor them VERY closely.]  Sometimes one is sort of important for a thread but will not be a main  character.   

13) OFFENSIVE MATERIAL:  What one considers offensive is different for just  about everyone. If for any reason someone is having problems with what is going  on with their characters, if anyone feels uneasy as to where the story is going  or if there is something going on that you do not feel comfortable continuing,  please tell your writing partner, or, tell the owner/moderator.  We can not  read your mind and know that you are not comfortable with what is going on.  Things can get out of hand in the situations that arise in this type of game.  We do not want anyone becoming uncomfortable at any time, we want all to have  fun and enjoy this game. If you are asked to change something in a story line   by the owner/moderator that some may feel is offensive, you will be required  to do so.  The safety and feelings of players is more important than any story  line. Please try to work out the issue with your writing partner but if you do  not feel comfortable doing that, or, if you get no response then come to the  owner/moderators.     

14) No advertising for other games is allowed on this list unless you have  permission from the owner.     

15) QUESTIONS: If you have any questions pertaining to anything involving the  game, especially the Anitaverse please don't hesitate to ask!    

16) OOC BOARD: Due to the volume of posts on this list I have created an OOC list for out of character discussion and chatter.  Everyone must join.    

17) Most of all, HAVE FUN!!!
